the welcome at reception was friendly. our family room had great size and fitted our party of three adults very comfortably. the bathroom was bright and clean with a great shower. the hotel location is very central.

i could hear everything from the next door room. i also heard all the guests alarms going off in the morning.

The hotel's location was ideal for my travel plans as it was a short walk from both the ferry terminal and the train station. my twin single room provided a comfortable bed, ensuring i had a good night's rest. the shower had great power. I found it very refreshing. breakfast was included and i thought it was great.

The floorboards creaked quite a bit, and i heard some noise from the room above around 5 am. This did wake me up earlier than i wanted.

The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to assist. They answered my questions promptly. reception was staffed 24/7 which is something i rarely find these days. i felt safe .

The hotel is very close to transport terminals. I did not need a car. the hotel is an easy walking distance from the centre. I could easily explore the area.
